What are the sales quotas?
AtHome America does not have sales quotas. Once every six months a $150 party has to be submitted in order to remain active status with At Home. The bonus program does require $1000 in monthly sales to qualify after you start your team.
How do I start with this company?
To become a Home Style Specialist with At Home America you need to complete an online application/agreement and purchase the starter kit. The kit contains $450 in merchandise and $200 in supplies. The application requires six parties be listed in the first 60 days. This is to help you get off to a great start and qualify for our great start program.
What is the commission structure?
Home shows average $500 with commissions of up to 30% on personal sales. Bonuses of 2-6% are paid on the first three downline levels depending on the level you qualify for each month. AtHome America’s 95-day Roadto Success program provides an opportunity for new HomeStyle Specialists to earn hundreds of dollars of product and a FREE home computer.
Are company websites available?
A personalized website is provided at “no charge” for three months. At the end of three months the HomeStyle Specialist can retain the website for a nominal fee of $11.95 per month. You do not have to have a website to receive web sales as long as your customers use your HSS number.
Where am I allowed to sell?
Home Style Specialists do not have territories and can sell anywhere in the United States. You cannot sell current product on Ebay or like sites. You can sell product at in home parties, vendor fairs, craft shows, via catalog sales and online.
Are training tools available?
YES!! A training guide is included in each start up kit. Training is also available one-on-one with your mentor and upline, through audios, via phone calls, training modules on the HomeStyle Specialists website, through local and regional meetings, conferences and annual convention. A designated website exclusively for HomeStyle Specialists is available at no charge. This website features articles, reproducibles, bulletin boards and audio and visual training materials.
Am I required to hold home parties?
Though not a specific requirement, home parties are encouraged and critical to the success of your business. It is through these home parties that customers are able to see the homewares up close and personally meet the HomeStyle Specialist. As a result, additional bookings are created and future sales are promoted.
