Initial Outfitters offers a wonderful line of jewelry, accessories and gifts – many of which can be personalized. Many of our products easily become heirlooms because of this personalization. Independent Consultants are able to offer these great products to their customers without having to worry about any inventory! As a relatively new direct selling organization, Initial Outfitters provides a great ground floor opportunity!

Since October 2006.

What are the sales quotas?
We have no sales quotas as Independent Consultants! We do have certain minimum qualifications to advance in rank within the company and to earn our downline commissions.

How do I start with this company?
Just contact me via my website, e-mail or telephone. I’d love to talk to you more about an opportunity to work with Initial Outfitters. I’ll work with you in submitting an application and selecting one of three starter kits starting as low as $199. Right now, you can have a catalog show to help offset some of the cost of your starter kit.

What is the commission structure?
As an Independent Consultant, we receive a 30% discount off retail prices for all personal sales. Downline commissions are paid monthly. These commissions are paid on up to three downline levels, and increase as you advance in rank. Plus, there is no limit to how large your first level or subsequent levels can be!

Are company websites available?
Yes! The cost for your corporate/order entry website and back office is included in your yearly renewal fee of $150. These sites are fully maintained by our home office, but we do have the ability to personalize a page with our photo and story.

Can I design my own website?
Yes, you can have your own website upon approval by our home office.

Where am I allowed to sell?
Wow! The possibilities are limited only by your creativity. While the majority of our sales come through home parties and personal shopping, you can find many unique ways to promote your business. School fundraisers, craft shows, shopping events, women’s conferences, etc. are all possibilities. You can also sell directly through your website, through on-line parties, and by sending emails to your customers. My team has developed some creative ideas of reaching out and selling “outside the box”.

Are training tools available?
Yes, a fantastic training program and tools are available through the home office. In addition to these resources, I provide my team with additional tools for training, marketing and recruiting.

Some of the resources that are available for my team through my website include template based various marketing and business tools and a group discussion forum.

Am I required to hold home parties?
Home parties are very effective in marketing our line but not required. Many of our consultants have simple catalog shows that are very successful!
