How do consultants place orders?
Representatives place their show orders either online or mail them directly to our home office. Signature HomeStyles then ships the merchandise directly to our hostess and then Signature HomeStyles will mail a paycheck or better yet – direct deposit! We have no hidden fee’s or charges. Signature HomeStyles pays for all our hostess credits. The merchandise also comes bagged and tagged for easy delivery for our hostess. We also offer a cash refund or easy exchange and pride ourselves on our super customer service!

What are the sales quotas?
There are no minimum requirements as a sales representative, however, to be a leadership sales representative you must personally sell between $250-400 every campaign depending on your leadership level.

How do I start with this company?
Filling out an Independent Sales Representative Agreement.

What is the commission structure?
For the first 4 campaigns (a campaign is a 2 week period), you earn 40% commission. After that, you earn 20-50% depending on how much you sell. For example, a $400 order is approximately 40% earnings level. There are some items indicated with * that are “fixed earnings” items which Avon contracts out with other companies to offer through our catalog and we earn 20% on those items.

Are “company websites” available?
Yes they are. The cost is $7.50 per campaign to maintain an Avon-endorsed website.

Can I design my own website?
No.

Where am I allowed to sell?
You can sell face-to-face, via your Avon website, at parties, street fairs, vendor events, etc.

Are training tools available?
Yes, Avon offers state-of-the-art online training to their representatives. The training is free and available 24 hours a day. Additionally, there are District Sales Managers, employed by Avon, who offer various trainings every month as well as having personal support from me as your sponsor into the business.

Am I required to hold home parties?
No, however, a grand opening party is strongly recommended to announce the launch of your new business.
